Locally owned business, great service. Several times I've just needed a piece of glass cut (aquarium, table tops) but recently we need some windows repaired because of vandalism and they did that too. Glad to have such an old-school place close to us.

I had two frameless shower doors installed by Jay and his helper at my house. They did a fabulous job and were super nice throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this business for any of your glass needs.

Glass House has installed many mirrors throughout our home over the last 15 years...on closet doors, bathroom walls, an entire wall in our home gym, etc. Each installation has been absolutely perfect. We love the sleek, custom look their installations give our home. Can't recommend them enough.

I had three windows and a large glass table top to replace. I spoke with Martin who asked me to measure each window and the table top so he could provide an estimate via email.

Once I received the bid (which was quite reasonable), Martin came by to take more exact measurements so each glass could be cut to the exact size.

About a week or so later, the glass tabletop and three window panes were delivered and installed, all in less than a half hour. Martin was awesome - professional and cordial - and always showed up exactly when he said he would.

My next project involving glass includes installing a glass insert in an interior door to allow more natural light in my home office. I'm hoping this is something Glass House can do, and look forward to doing business with them again soon!

I have been going to the Glass House for years (every wind storm) bringing in my hinged 1921 craftsmen windows for repair.

I don't know about going out to the house, but when I bring them in I have great service, a fair price and excellent workmanship.

When I do my own repairs, I bring in the measurements and typically have it cut right then and there, fair price.

The putty I purchase at Glass House is the best there is.

With my experience, I would definitely recommend.

He asked me to get a precise drawing of the table for dimensions and showed me how to do it!

With this on hand, he perfectly hand cut the glass that fitted perfectly .

Glass House has been my go-to vendor for custom glass, mirrors, dual glazed windows, etc., for over 40 years. Martin and Jay know their business and are a pleasure to work with.

I gave my 30 year old bathroom a face lift last fall. I replaced the old, ugly standard, sliding doors with beautiful, thick frameless glass. My walls are not square and the doors needed special attention to the design, size and installation. The Glass House never disappoints and I was amazed at how modern my tub/shower now looks. So perfect and glistening -- you must use this talented and professional team for all of your glass needs.

I went there about a year or so ago. I needed a piece of glass for my coffee table. The table was much too heavy to bring in, but I was given paper to make a template. I made the template and my glass came out perfectly. The gentleman who helped me were very kind and professional. I'd definitely go back.

Needed some mirrors quickly for my new salon space, so I reached out to the glass house and they matched them up perfectly to a few other mirrors that I already had. The owner was super nice. Really helpful and was able to have it done in about a week. He also came out with a helper and hung them all perfect! Def give this place 5 stars. Lastly wanted to mention that we were moving a small fridge up a few stairs while he was hanging our mirrors and even offered to help us with that. Like seriously, such a stand up dude! Thank YOU!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Great customer service, they really went above and beyond for me. I was having trouble with a project I was working on with a very tight deadline which required a mirror with holes. They cut me several pieces while I waited, and when they saw I was just not able to complete the project the way I needed to they took the extra step to drill holes for me, again, while I waited. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate a business like this. I’m assuming they are family owned, because they made me feel like family. A million thank yous!

Redoing a craftsman door and window in our kitchen and luckily was able to bring the project to them and Mike was very helpful picking me out a piece of tempered glass for each of them that looked really nice and came out beautifully. These guys know how to cut glass. Special jobs are not a problem. Very reasonable prices.

I was dealing with a nit-picky appraiser and a really short deadline to fix a cracked window. Called and talked to the owner, who told me they were really busy but was really helpful and got someone out within 2 days. Mike showed up, wore a mask and gloves, was very knowledgable and polite. He took care of everything quickly and easily, so efficiently he was done before I knew it. He pointed out something I hadn't even noticed. All for a very reasonable price. We've used them before and will continue to use them and recommend them for anyone we know who needs glass work done.

I have a vintage handmade frame that I needed glass for. The frame shops were having a hard time cutting glass for the uneven dimensions, but glasshouse was able to do it easily, and I paid only $10 - much less than the frame shops were quoting me. I walked it and out in 15 min! It’s a small shop and the two people working were in the workshop, but all you need to do is stick your head in to get their attention. Highly recommend!

Accidentally cracked a bathroom vanity mirror when replacing a bulb within the recessed mirror lighting. It was 1 of 2 matching mirrors. Didn't have high hopes that a new one could be made that exactly matched the unbroken mirror. But Martin & his crew did it & the new mirror looks to be of higher quality. It took a little longer than expected since some off-site sandblasting was needed but I didn't mind. Nonetheless, Martin gave me a price cut due to the brief delay. Would definitely recommend the Glass House!

The Glass House is the best. Im a Contractor and have been coming here for over 20 years for window glass, tempered glass, mirror, ect. They also did the large mirrors in my wife's Salon in Pasadena. They have a fast turnaround and sometimes will cut the glass for me while Im in the shop. Ive also referred clients to them for shower door installs with rave reviews. Im shocked to see negative reviews on here. Im thinking those folks must be unreasonable or leaving something out because Martin and his guys have given me friendly, professional and reasonable prices for over 20 years.

Martin just made my day! I brought in a project that I was certain was going end up being expensive and time consuming. Nope! Martin made exactly what I needed in just 5 mins...for $18...and then (after I already paid) overheard my boyfriend and I trying to figure out the best way to proceed with our project and offered to do the work for us for NO EXTRA CHARGE. Good morning everyone! So I went to Ace hardware in south Pasadena to get a piece of glass cut for my window.. the employee immediately told me he couldn't cut it because it was tempered and would shatter. Unaware of what tempered glass looked like i accepted his decision and came to the Glass house. I was greeted and helped immediately. I also found out that it was not tempered. If your looking for honesty, courtesy, and reasonable pricing, this is the place! Thank you Glass House!

Martin had to make two trips to remove our shower glass walls & door and then reinstall it after some tile repair was done. So many companies wouldn't take the time to provide that kind of service. But he worked us into his schedule quickly and did a great job. Everything fit back in place. He cleaned the old calcium watermarks and now it looks like we have a brand new shower! Thanks!

Martin installed five large mirrors for my house. He came out for an estimate and came out again to remeasure them all once we decided to place an order with him. Installation was challenging because the drywalls were not straight and the faucet was in the way but Martin knew what to do. He is a perfectionist and has a lot of experience with artistic sense. Price is very competitive. Also we had to increase the size of one of the mirrors but Martin didn't charge extra. You can feel that the work is done with incredible care and pride. They are beautiful!

I just picked up my second order here, and after a LOT of comparison shopping in the area, this place was the most reasonable, did a great job cutting custom tabletop glass, and I was able to pickup my glass in just a couple of days. I won't have to look anywhere else when I need glass.

I had Glass House do some work at one of my properties in the Pasadena area. They were very professional. During the estimate, Jay spent much more time than the other glass companies i called in checking out what would be needed to complete my job. Their price was also more competitive than the other companies, and installation went really smoothly.

They do seem a little disorganized because when I was initially setting up the appointment, they had some trouble finding it even though I had called earlier. I think it might be they are a smaller operation, perhaps. That aside, overall I was very happy in the end with the work.

In searching for a supplier for black tempered glass for a cabinet, I found Glass House. Apparently, this black glass was pretty unique and needed to be ordered. Martin, the owner, ordered 6 samples to ensure a proper match (he's a perfectionist I think).

He kept me apprised of the job status all the way through and did a great job repairing the cabinet door.

He's also a pretty friendly guy.

Highly recommended, especially if you need hard to find glass.

I needed a glass top for a coffee table -- tricky as it needed to set into an opening. I gave the VERY specific dimensions and the piece was cut perfectly. Very reasonable price as well!

I had such a great experience with Glass House for their work and their customer service. I had a large bay window break and after calling several companies, I felt Glass House was most reasonable in price and time frame estimate. My window was quickly repaired and Martin was sure to include the original detailing in the new window that he installed. I wrote him a check and he called me back a couple of days later to inform me that due to misreading the receipt, he'd overcharged me and he would like to return that money to me. I was so moved by his honesty as I would never have known otherwise. They are now my official window/glass repair company of choice :) Thank you for your beautiful work!

I come here to have glasses cut on various occasions. The owner, Martin, is quite knowlegable and friendly. The prices are always very reasonable and, as a bonus, my pieces are cut while I wait.

We needed a large pane of glass replaced, and were very pleased with the work done by Glass House. Martin called in the morning to set an appointment later in the day. He arrived when scheduled and provided a reasonable price quote. He did a really nice job. It was all in all a very good experience. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Happy to have stumbled on these guys. Was contemplating one of those ugly old, leather, felt, grandma style table covers to protect our danish modern dining table from our four year old. But opted for glass instead. Martin came and measured it the day after I called and two days later the glass was on my table. It fit perfectly and the price was more than reasonable and included measurement and delivery.
